Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
